Q. When can I expect to receive my order?
All shipments are made F.O.B. our plant (Rochester, NY). Most orders are shipped via UPS or Common Carrier for very large orders.
In stock orders normally ship via UPS Ground on the following business day unless expedited services or another carrier are requested.
Please refer to the UPS map at left to determine shipping times from Rochester, NY.
Should the item you order not be in stock we will notify you of the back-order with option to cancel your order for a full refund. We will also notify you of an approximate back order shipping date to give you full disclosure in making this decision.
Q. Do above shipping estimates also apply to custom fabricated products such as a special order plastic tray?
Our fabrication department is good but unfortunately not that good! Custom fabricated products run approximately 4 to 6 weeks from actual order date. All custom fabrication quotes include an approximate lead time.
Q. How do I qualify my order for free freight?
A. The order must exceed $250 and your account must be retail purchasing without special contract discounts. The shipping address must be in the domestic United States.
Q. What time must my order be placed for next business day shipment?
We try to ship available stock from our Rochester, NY warehouse the following business day for all orders placed before 3pm EST Monday through Thursday and by noon on Fridays.
Q. Do you accept RUSH orders for same day shipment?
When stock is available we would accommodate a request for same day shipment on orders placed before noon EST Monday through Thursday and by 10:30am on Fridays. Your order must be marked for RUSH Same Day shipment in the order notes.
Q. What are Dynalon's payment terms, and Minimum Order?
Dynaon accepts most major credit cards; Visa, Master Card, or AMEX. Existing customers with credit terms can pay by Purchase Order. New customers can set up an account with Dynalon by downloading the Credit Application. Please fax the completed form to 585-334-0241. Upon approval you will be assigned a customer number and given a credit limit.
Q. Can I establish Dynalon credit terms?
Yes, established D&B rated firms purchasing over $5,000, in any given year may apply for terms by supplying 3 references and your bank information. This process takes 1 to 3 weeks depending on how quickly your references respond. A request doesn't guarantee approval. The form can be downloaded from our registration screen.
Q. What is Dynalon's minimum for getting bottles silk screened or labeled?
1,000 Bottles is our Minimum for Silk Screening*
500 Bottles is our Minimum for Labeling*
* We can print small quantities but the increase in price will be reflected in the quote.
Q. I'm a large user, can I get additional discounts from Dynalon?
Discounts are available on large volumes to OEM's and large volume end users. Please E-mail
us your quotation request. We would be happy to customize a quote for you.
