All orders are F.O.B. factory, Rochester, NY. All shipments will be routed via surface transportation unless premium methods are requested.
DYNALON PAYMENT TERMS:
Dynalon will accept orders using a major credit card. Payment terms can be requested by contacting Dynalon / Dynalab for the appropriate credit application
. All applications are subject to review and do not guarantee terms.
DYNALON CREDITS & RETURNS:
Dynalon will not accept returns without prior authorization (RGA number must appear on outside of carton and on all paperwork involved and reference to original purchase order. Merchandise held beyond twelve (12) months, specially fabricated or modified merchandise, specially labeled items, partial broken cases or discontinued items CANNOT be returned for credit. Accepted returns will be credited less restocking charge (15% for orders received within 0 to 6 months and 25% for orders received within 6 to 12 months) and must be returned freight prepaid.
No credit will be issued until the returned goods have been received by Dynalon and are verified to be the goods stated and in re-salable condition. Dynalon requests that any goods shipped back to us due to an error by us - such as incorrect item shipped, be shipped back to Dynalon on our collect UPS account, ground method to minimize freight charges on returned good. Contact customer service for this information. A Credit Memo (CM) will be issued at this time and faxed as confirmation of receipt and verification that the goods were in satisfactory condition. In case of our error, full credit will be issued upon receipt of the incorrect item. Credits that arise from billing errors will also be verified by sending the customer a CM. Customers will not be allowed to take "debits" prior to the receipt of the CM and the CM number must be referenced when taking the debit.
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to notify delivery carriers in the event of receipt of goods that are in damaged condition. If the damage is not caused by shipping, claims must be made to Dynalon within ten (10) days of receipt of the merchandise.
Dynalon only warrants that products supplied by Dynalon under normal use and application are free from defects in material and workmanship and will conform with Dynalon specifications under observance of chemical, physical and biological properties. All other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are excluded and disclaimed. Dynalon's warranty for any product is void and of no effect, if such products or parts thereof have been subject to abuse, misuse, accident, alteration, unauthorized repair or other use not in conformity with intended purpose.
DYNALON EXCLUSIVE REMEDY AND LIMITED DAMAGES:
Purchaser's sole remedy against Dynalon for any damage, loss or injury resulting from purchaser's order, including any defect in any Dynalon product, shall be limited to a refund of the purchase price or replacement of the product. All damaged products must be returned to Dynalon, freight prepaid, in accordance with Dynalon written instructions. In no event shall Dynalon be liable to the purchaser or any other person for any indirect, special or consequential damages or lost profits.

DYNALON ORDER MINIMUMS:
Online orders must reach a $25 value prior to freight costs for processing. All purchase orders entered offline will have an order fee added to reach the $25 minimum order value.

DYNALON DISCONTINUED ITEMS:
Dynalon will use its best efforts not to discontinue items during the life of its catalog. However, on occasion this will have to occur. Whenever possible, Dynalon will notify its purchasers in advance of the discontinuation of a product.
